Welcome to msgora. By accessing our portal dashboard, registering account credentials, or using our API endpoints to send messages, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Service

Our platform operates as a middleware automation software linking user-defined business campaigns directly to the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API gateways. You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining official Meta Developer Accounts, active phone numbers, business verification statuses, and system system tokens.

2. Permitted Use & Opt-In Regulations

You strictly agree that you will not utilize our software to send unsolicited messages, spam, or promotional broadcasts to users who have not provided explicit, verifiable double opt-in consent to receive WhatsApp messages from your brand. You must immediately honor all customer requests to unsubscribe ("STOP" / "Opt-out").

3. Prohibited Content & Verticals

Accounts utilizing our platform must adhere strictly to the Meta WhatsApp Commerce Policy. Direct marketing campaigns, broadcasts, and automated chatbots promoting the following business verticals are strictly prohibited:

• Online gambling, betting, casinos, lottery tokens, or crypto speculative schemes.
• Alcohol, tobacco, vape cartridges, cannabis, or medical prescription drugs.
• Adult entertainment, dating clubs, or explicit content.
• High-risk financial loans, debt recovery schemes, or stock trading alerts.

4. System Wallet & Billing

Campaign costs depend on direct wallet usage. Wallet balances loaded by users represent active account balance assets and cannot be refunded or cashed out. Message rates, default pricing, and reseller margins are evaluated dynamically based on standard local carrier pricing structures.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis. We make no warranty that service delivery will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for campaign delivery delays, access token revocations, or business account blocks initiated by Meta's compliance filters.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
